Dark spine here telling about a new villein he robbed the JP Morgan Chase Bank at 4124 he is still being looked for hes between 40-50 year old ,heavy set and has a partial goatee. he fled in a dark colored mini van towards state route 21 if u have any info call the New York State Police in Williamson 315 - 589 -8288 look at the Feb 9, 2009 Times for a pic. thank you.
